Non Disclosure Agreement / Confidentiality
All records and files maintained by the church are confidential and shall remain
the property of the church. Confidential information includes, but is not limited
to, members’ details, church’s database, financial records, personnel and payroll
records, information regarding vendors, suppliers, church’s operations, procedures,
or practices. Confidential information may not be removed in any form from the church
premises without express authorization.
The church reserves the right to terminate the staff’s employment service under
misconduct and avail itself of all legal or equitable remedies to prevent impermissible
use of confidential information or to recover damages incurred as a result of the
impermissible use of confidential information.
